These Terms of Service govern your use of the website diamondbackpressurewashing.com and the pressure washing services provided by Diamondback Pressure Washing. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Diamondback Pressure Washing provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services including pressure washing, soft washing, driveway cleaning, house washing, pool deck cleaning, paver cleaning, roof soft wash, and recurring commercial contracts in Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Apache Junction, Tempe, and the broader East Valley.

Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are provided after a property walkthrough and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
• Pricing is flat rate unless otherwise specified in writing
• Additional charges may apply if site conditions differ significantly from what was assessed during the walkthrough
• We will communicate any additional charges before proceeding with the work

Scheduling and Cancellation

• Service dates and times are scheduled upon quote approval and payment terms agreement
• We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• Weather-related rescheduling is handled at no additional charge
• Available 24/7 for booking, with day, night, and weekend slots for commercial

7-Day Callback Guarantee

If anything from the job does not look right within 7 days of completion, contact us and we will return to address those areas at no additional charge. This applies to every residential and commercial job.

Property Access and Preparation

• Clients are responsible for providing access to the areas to be cleaned and a working water source
• Please remove or secure personal items, vehicles, and fragile objects from the work area prior to our arrival
• Close all windows and exterior doors before our arrival
• We are not responsible for damage to items left in the work area that were not identified during the pre-job walkthrough

Limitation of Liability

Diamondback Pressure Washing takes every precaution to protect your property. We use surface-appropriate pressure settings, eco-friendly chemistry, and techniques on every job. Our liability for any damage is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions identified during the pre-job walkthrough, including but not limited to loose paint, deteriorating concrete, cracked stucco, loose mortar, or damaged surfaces.

Payment Terms

• Residential payment is due upon completion of services
• Commercial recurring contracts billed Net 15 or Net 30 per agreement
• We accept credit card, ACH, and check

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
