These Terms of Service govern your use of the website diamondbackpressurewashing.com and the pressure washing services provided by Diamondback Pressure Washing. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Diamondback Pressure Washing provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services including pressure washing, soft washing, driveway cleaning, house washing, pool deck cleaning, and related services in the Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, and Queen Creek, Arizona areas.

Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are provided after a property assessment and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
• Pricing is flat rate unless otherwise specified in writing
• Additional charges may apply if site conditions differ significantly from what was assessed during the quote
• We will communicate any additional charges before proceeding with the work

Scheduling and Cancellation

• Service dates and times are scheduled upon quote approval and payment terms agreement
• We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• Weather-related rescheduling will be handled at no additional charge

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results of our service, contact us within 48 hours of job completion and we will return to address any areas of concern at no additional charge.

Property Access and Preparation

• Clients are responsible for providing access to the areas to be cleaned
• Please remove or secure personal items, vehicles, and fragile objects from the work area prior to our arrival
• We are not responsible for damage to items left in the work area that were not identified during the pre-job walkthrough

Limitation of Liability

Diamondback Pressure Washing takes every precaution to protect your property. We use surface-appropriate pressure settings, chemicals, and techniques on every job. Our liability for any damage is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to loose paint, deteriorating concrete, or damaged surfaces identified during the pre-job walkthrough.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing
• We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payment
• Commercial clients on recurring contracts will receive invoices per the terms of their service agreement

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design is the property of Diamondback Pressure Washing and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
