How do you get rid of dog urine smell in artificial turf?
Odor comes from urine that drains into the backing and infill, not just the blades. We treat pet areas with a deodorizer, flush them thoroughly and repeat on the worst spots. Heavily used dog runs smell better fastest when they are cleaned on a regular schedule.

Will pressure washing damage my artificial turf?
High pressure can loosen infill, fray fibers and stress seams, so we do not blast synthetic grass. We rinse at a controlled, fiber-safe pressure and brush the turf instead of forcing debris out with pressure.

How often should artificial turf be cleaned?
A yard without pets may only need a refresh once or twice a year, usually after monsoon season. Yards with dogs benefit from more frequent odor treatment. The Exterior Care Plan can bring us out monthly, every other month or quarterly.

We clean and refresh turf. We do not repair seams or replace worn sections. If we see damage, bald spots or lifting seams, we will tell you so you can talk to an installer before you spend money on cleaning.
